Private and Semi-Private Yoga Instruction
Can't make it to a group class? If you live in the Charleston, SC area, I can come to you! Far away? We can Skype! Let me help you get your home practice off to a great start, design a sequence to help you with a specific need such as stress management, or give you the one-on-one attention you need to work on a challenging pose and take your yoga practice to the next level. Private yoga instruction is a wonderful way to get New Year's Resolutions off on the right foot and help you meet your goals--whether you want to get healthier, stop a bad habit, have a more positive outlook, or just have more fun!
Contact me by email to discuss an affordable option that will meet your individual needs.
Do you work in a stressful
environment? All kinds of studies are popping up recently about the
benefits of practicing yoga at work. (See? Yoga at Work Reduces Stress, Back Pain)
Health benefits aside, having healthy and happy employees can also
boost morale and productivity. I can come into your office in
Charleston, SC or surrounding areas and offer you and your co-workers a
much-deserved break from the daily grind.

Free Yoga Classes in Charleston, SC
Since I completed my teacher training in 2006, I have wanted to share yoga with those in need. And I happen to believe that we are all in need when it comes to yoga. If you are a part of a group of 10 or more in the Charleston, SC area I will offer you one class absolutely free! All you have to have is an open mind and a space big enough to accommodate a class.
Why would I do this? For a few reasons. First of all, I believe in this practice so much I think I can hook you on it--and whether you ask me back or go to another class that's a great thing! There's also this little thing we believe in the yoga community called seva, or selfless service. I want to do more for the world. And yoga is the best way I can think of to do that.
